In 2018 Ricardo founded Blue Hills Natural Health, LLC, recognizing there was an increasing need to create a dietetic practice grounded in the principles of integrative medicine and naturopathy.   BHNH focuses on both individual and whole family holistic health and nutrition.  Ricardo has worked extensively across all age groups, identifying the complex causes of a wide variety of health concerns that his clients have not found through other means. Ricardo works with clients exclusively on a customized program basis and accepts only a limited number of new clients each month so that he can give each person the time, attention, and individualized care they deserve.
